I have been dreaming about bringing back this place for quite some time, and have managed a restaurant in the Camino area for the past 8 years. I have already drafted a business plan and menu in hopes of having the opportunity to lease the location some day. I also toured the building several months ago with the leasing agent, and even have plans of the place drawn up on my computer. I eat sleep and breathe restaurants it is completely my passion. I would love to make this a community owned business, and your support and advice is greatly appreciated. Dream big!!

Any contributions will be considered as part of ownership once the business is established (based on a percentage of total funds used for the initial start up). I will fully publish and account for all funds used from contributors.

Bring back Gelato's

We all knew and loved this place growing up in Placerville, now it is boarded up and closed.  Lets bring back the art and love that was always part of the old Gelato D'Oro Cafe.  We could all use more of that!
